The Best Soy Protein Shakes…you Never Tasted

The Best Soy Protein Shakes…You Never Tasted.

So now we know many of the “weight-loss” and “nutritional” meal replacement shakes on the markets these days are little more than thinly disguised processed food products that offer nothing that their hyped up marketing usually suggests. You are not going to transform your body and build lean muscle mass consuming products loaded with sugar, preservatives and other chemical products created in labs.

If you are looking for a winning combination that provides essential macronutrients, minerals, whole food nutrition and can double as a multi-vitamin and muscle recovery drink…then keep reading…because what you are about to see may change the way you look at meal replacement shakes forever.

The first part of the combination is soy milk.  So why go with Soy?

Soybeans are complete proteins in their whole form. This means that Soy contains essential amino acids your body needs to facilitate biological processes like stimulating muscle growth and repair, as well as mending damaged and aging hair, skin and nails.

More benefits of Soy:

–> Soy milk is less likely to contribute to heart disease, because it contains nine times less saturated fat than cow milk.

–> Soy milk offers over 10 times the essential fatty acids than cow’s milk; making it a more healthy source of good fat.

–> Cow’s milk has over 34 mg of cholesterol per serving, while Soy milk is cholesterol-free and actually lowers the LDL or “harmful” cholesterol levels; again, Soy offers more benefits for your cardiovascular system and heart.

–> You will also find phytochemicals in Soy milk that may help protect your body from all types of chronic diseases such as osteoporosis and hear disease. There are no phytochemicals in Cow’s milk.

So what is part two in this winning soy protein shakes combination?

Have you ever heard of Shakeology?

It is a fantastic new product that is not only a meal replacement, but also doubles as a nutritional supplement. Add Shakeology to any fitness or workout plan where your goal is to lose weight and develop lean muscle. Lean muscle raises your metabolism to higher levels and actually helps you burns more calories. If you burn more calories, you can trim fat and start showing those muscles. Just replace one meal a day with Soy milk and Shakeology and you will see results.

So what are the Shakeology ingredients?

Not only does Shakeology have 70 of the healthiest, most bioavailable ingredients available anywhere, you also get digestive enzymes and prebiotics to help your body fully absorb and digest all nutrients.

Remember the antioxidants and phytonutrients in Soy milk?  You will find those as well in Shakeology, along with numerous minerals, vitamins and essential amino acids.

So if you are looking for healthy and nutritious soy protein shakes, you don’t have to go any further than Shakeology and Soy milk. Soy is poison! That is, unless it’s fermented soy. Do your homework on the subject and you’ll find a ton of information out there. The public is being dooped into believing that soy is a healthy alternative. It’s horrible for you and is the new cheap crop to bulk processed foods. My health mysteriously has been going downhill and when I finally, after much research, eliminated soy, I haven’t had ANY problems. Shakeology, seems good, but forget the soy people.. it’ll ruin your life!

    Hello Kristin,
Yes, you are right. For some people soy is extremely bad, especially unfermented soy as you pointed out.

I do use soy lecithin and I have found a tremendous difference when it comes to my mood and my ability to focus.

    Thank you for sharing.
